COMPLETE APPLICATION PACKET
[ ] Completed application for every adult household member
[ ] Photo ID copies for every adult
[ ] Social Security cards, if available
[ ] Last 30 days of pay stubs, or current benefit award letters
[ ] Employer contact name and phone number
[ ] Last 2–3 months of bank statements
[ ] Current and previous landlord names, addresses, and phone numbers
[ ] Explanation letter for any credit, eviction, or record issue
[ ] Voucher or subsidy paperwork, if applicable
[ ] Application fee payment method

BEFORE YOU SUBMIT
[ ] Every field is filled in — write "N/A" instead of leaving blanks
[ ] Dates and addresses match your supporting documents
[ ] Phone numbers and email address are current and working
[ ] You kept a copy of the full packet for your records
[ ] You asked how long the decision will take and how you will be notified

AFTER YOU SUBMIT
[ ] Follow up within 3–5 business days
[ ] Keep applying to other properties until you have a signed lease
[ ] Save all correspondence with the property
