Your information, handled with care

We know that asking for help means sharing personal details. Here is how MissionCare Housing Network treats the information you give us.

Information we collect

When you contact us or submit a request, we collect the details you choose to share — such as your name, contact information, county, household details, and a description of your housing needs. Please do not send sensitive medical or financial documents through our website forms.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to you, complete a housing intake, and coordinate housing opportunities and community resources on your behalf.

When we share information

We share information with housing providers, programs, and partner organizations only as needed to coordinate on your behalf, and we ask for your consent before doing so. We do not sell your personal information.

Referrals from partner organizations

Hospitals, agencies, veteran organizations, and nonprofits may refer someone to us. We ask that referrals be submitted with the person's knowledge and consent.

How we protect information

We limit access to household information to the coordinators and staff who need it to support you, and we retain records only as long as needed for coordination and reporting purposes.

Your choices

You may ask us to update or remove your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Reach out by phone or email and we will take care of it.
