Housing Checklist
- Confirm your monthly income and budget for rent and utilities
- Gather identification for every adult household member
- List preferred locations, school districts, and transit needs
- Note accessibility requirements for your household
- Collect landlord references and rental history
- Save copies of all documents in one folder or digital file
